I AM WALKING BY FAITH AND NOT BY SIGHT
2 CORINTHIANS 5:7
Our faith grows as we walk forward day-by-day waiting for the arrival of this object of our faith or the answer to our prayer made in faith. To help it grow we can continue to strengthen ourselves by reading His word, we can begin to thank God for the answer even before it arrives. We can also rejoice, celebrate and praise HIM like we already have it. We can act like the prayer is already answered, this is confidence in HIM.
During this time of waiting – beware. We have an enemy who is going to do his best to steal, kill and destroy our faith by brining in doubt (which is the opposite of faith). He will do everything to distract us and keep us from believing God will fulfill our prayer request. The enemy will try to convince us of many things that are the total opposite of what God has promised, but we will never realize we are being tricked if we don’t know HIS promises.
There is only one way to get to know God and His promises -- through HIS word -- The Bible. Hearing HIS word is where faith comes from so know HIM well. Trust and believe in HIM even though you have never seen Him. Trust and believe that what He has promised He will fulfill even if you have never heard His voice before. If He said it, it is so and nothing can change it. You just have to trust and believe. This is walking by faith and not by sight.
Then Jesus told him, “Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.” John 20:29.
Say it,
“I AM walking by FAITH and not by SIGHT.
I AM because the I AM says that I am.”
Say it, believe it and never forget it!
The Bible Says:
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
Proverbs 3:5-7 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.
1Peter 5:8 (AMP) Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour.
Romans 10: 17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
Romans 4: 20 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. This is why “it was credited to him as righteousness.” The words “it was credited to him” were written not for him alone, but also for us, to whom God will credit righteousness—for us who believe in him who raised Jesus our Lord from the dead.

I AM EXALTING YOU, MY GOD THE KING;
X
I AM EXALTING YOU, MY GOD THE KING;
I WILL PRAISE YOUR NAME FOREVER AND EVER
PSALM 145:1
Luke 19:38-40
“Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!”
“Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”
Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”
“I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”
There is nothing in this world that can even begin to compare to the love of God, the Father, for His children. We could all spend forever telling and retelling of all the wonderful things of God. Everything about Him that we could possibly know is so beyond human awesomeness. I mean, just to know that you are the child of the Most High God, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Prince of Peace, The Bright and Morning Star, Alpha and Omega, and Healer is enough to send you reeling and praising his name.
To know that He loved us when we were sinners and loved us too much to leave us there in our sin, to know He sent His only Son to die so we could live, to know He has promised us abundant life here on earth and eternal life with Him in heaven is more than we need to just simply say, “I believe you did that for me and I thank You, FATHER.”
No matter where you are in spirit and in life this Thanksgiving season; whether all you have in you is a simple and solemn word of thanks, or if you are one to write a letter of love to the Father, or maybe you are one who can sing praises and dance so that even the angels of heaven join in the celebration of praise -- No matter what -- No matter where -- give Him praise. Let Him know by the words of your mouth and the meditation of your heart.....
Say, “I AM EXALTING YOU, MY GOD THE KING; I WILL PRAISE YOUR NAME FOREVER AND EVER.... I am because the I AM says that I AM!”
Say it, believe it and never forget it! He loves you that much.
God's Word says:
Psalm 145
A psalm of praise. Of David.
1 I will exalt you, my God the King;
I will praise your name for ever and ever.
2 Every day I will praise you
and extol your name for ever and ever.
3 Great is the LORD and most worthy of praise;
his greatness no one can fathom.
4 One generation commends your works to another;
they tell of your mighty acts.
5 They speak of the glorious splendor of your majesty—
and I will meditate on your wonderful works.
6 They tell of the power of your awesome works—
and I will proclaim your great deeds.
7 They celebrate your abundant goodness
and joyfully sing of your righteousness.
8 The LORD is gracious and compassionate,
slow to anger and rich in love.
9 The LORD is good to all;
he has compassion on all he has made.
10 All your works praise you, LORD;
your faithful people extol you.
11 They tell of the glory of your kingdom
and speak of your might,
12 so that all people may know of your mighty acts
and the glorious splendor of your kingdom.
13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
and your dominion endures through all generations.
The LORD is trustworthy in all he promises
and faithful in all he does.
14 The LORD upholds all who fall
and lifts up all who are bowed down.
15 The eyes of all look to you,
and you give them their food at the proper time.
16 You open your hand
and satisfy the desires of every living thing.
17 The LORD is righteous in all his ways
and faithful in all he does.
18 The LORD is near to all who call on him,
to all who call on him in truth.
19 He fulfills the desires of those who fear him;
he hears their cry and saves them.
20 The LORD watches over all who love him,
but all the wicked he will destroy.
21 My mouth will speak in praise of the LORD.
Let every creature praise his holy name
for ever and ever.
